Oh, and did I tell you that this character, more than anything, loves tinkering with tables technology? So, here we go~ THE GREAT TECHNOLOGY REQUEST POST.

Annoy Nina and she might just do things for you. She will invent/fix things on her free time. But please keep in mind that it can't be anything lifechanging and non-existent in the city in the first place. For example, we can't develop FLEIJAs unless we get mod permission. We also can not have MP3 players that magically have your favorite songs in them unless you went out and redownloaded them or something.
Also, please provide your own basic materials. She doesn't go out much so she's out-of-stock of wire and other thingymajiggers... Payment is optional.
If you don't know Nina, then we can think of a way for your characters to acknowledge each others' existence. If you're Japanese or someone she detests... she can always be blackmailed. Your keywords are Euphemia and Zero.

It has come to my attention that Nina Einstein does have the ability to hack into your filtered messages, depending on the difficulty. (Keep in mind that she is a genius in canon, yes, let's ignore how that bomb failed to kill anybody important.) Obviously, this needs it's own permission page!
She won't hack into things without a reason, but just in case she needs to...

You could also just scream NO!!!! if it makes it easier.
